"Ruby is a well trained , dependable and qualified child care provider ; we are so lucky to have found her especially when my family is split between two cities ; I am training to be a family doctor in London and my husband lives in Mississauga with our toddler. Ruby has been a blessing taking care of our little one ,showering her with lots of love and attention knowing that at times she just needs to be cuddled , and providing her favourite meals. She even provides care on the weekends so me and my husband can go on a much needed date night or even just when we need to run lots of errands. Ruby has made our life much more easier by being reliable so we can focus on our developing careers and yet manage two households. Thank you Ruby for being so sweet ; sweet enough to sweeten the bitterness around us."

"We are so grateful to have found Ruby and Roots Home Daycare for our child. We were nervous about leaving our child at daycare for the first time at 11 months. Ruby provided our child the care, attention and affection he needed to adjust to his new environment in a psychologically healthy way. Now he loves it there and is so comfortable with Ruby and the rest of the family. He has ample room to safely play and explore. He is fed nutritious meals, he naps well, and comes home content. Ruby always takes the time to tell us how his day was and answer all of our questions when we pick him up. An experienced mother herself, she has offered us thoughtful advice whenever asked. We are so happy she is part of our child’s life."

"Our LO has been at Roots for close to 6month now and we'd like to share our impressions. We had previously visited many daycare providers in Mississauga is search of care level which would feel closest to family and home. Ruby truly sets the bar highter than any other place we've seen in how much care and attention each child gets and the bright, cozy, open space environment little ones enjoy at Roots Home Daycare. Ruby's approach to child's care, safety, nutrition is impressive and we frequently take pages from her book and admire her dedication and care. Ruby is highly professional teacher and we feel like she is part of our family.

"Ruby began caring for my daughter when she was 17 months old. At the time my daughter had a broken leg in a full cast. Ruby never hesitated to care for her and showed a good understanding of the extra care required while never making us feel like it was a burden. Ruby is thoughtful and patient in the way she interacts with the children. My daughter LOVES going to her house is always happy and smiling when she is picked up. We feel so lucky to have found her.

"Ruby started caring for my son at the age of 17 months. Roots Home Daycare was perfect for us. Very convenient. The play area was great! plenty of space to play and always clean. That was one of the first things that we loved. Ruby is very calm and attentive to the children. I never had any issues and my son never cried with the drop off which made me feel at ease. I felt my child was safe in her hands, which is very important. At the end of the day I always got a verbal report on my sons day. I would recommend Roots Home Daycare to anyone."

"Ruby cared for my son from the age of 11 months old and I can honestly say she is one of the best care providers I have ever had for my children. I have 3 children and have used nanny's, Montessori school and home daycare for my childcare needs, and hands down roots daycare provides the love, nurturing, routine, social elements and play that children need. Her approach was very loving and at the same time based on a good solid routine. My son connected with Ruby instantly and it was a sad day when his time had come to leave.

"A clean, spacious and colourful environment. There are more toys than any place we have visited including schools. Ruby is very attentive to the children. She welcomes parental input. Ruby is calm and gentle with the children. Ruby welcomed our son right on the spot which we appreciated. It is a tough job no doubt but never makes us feel like we are a burden, she appreciates the business, which is another reason why we are comfortable leaving our baby in her care. Highly recommended!!"
