Childcare provider: Heather

I obtained services from this babysitter / nanny and I find that:

"Heather takes care of my son presently, and has been for the past year.

She needs to have some structure and routine in her daycare because she is active with the kids.

She purchases (from her own budget) season passes to Springridge Farm, where the kids get lots of fresh air, and get to explore.

The past year, my son has had at least 3 professional photo shoots by her friend at Vine Images (again, out of her own pocket), and she also spoils them at Amazing PlayLand, Little Monkeys, Crock-a-doodle, etc.. to name a few.

Smaller kids requiring naps during times that she is normally out could pose an issue (most, not all adapt quite easily). I'd appreciate Heather being up front about what is working and what might not be. It's important to have a good dynamic between all the kids, and I appreciate Heather's up front good nature and I trust her. She loves them all, and would never intentionally want to make someone feel like they were 'kicked out'.

Heather is a big kid at heart herself, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to anyone."

I obtained services from this babysitter / nanny and I find that:

"Heather is a fantastic daycare provider! My son has been in her care for over two years now and I couldn't be happier. My son is well cared for, loved and hugged, well fed, well slept, and excited to go to Heather's every morning. I strongly believe that your child's attitude when being dropped off is your best guage for your daycare provider. I chose Heather because of her proximity to home, her loving personality, her house (which is TOTALLY dedicated to the children she cares for and has every toy imaginable), and flexibility as I leave for work very early in the morning, amongst other things. Heather often takes the kids to the movies, professional photos, sleep-overs, indoor gyms, parks, day trips to farms or spash pads, pottery painting, and many other fun adventures. Heather truly loves all the children in her care and her house walls are sprinkled with photos of all the children that are, and have been, in her care. She regularly send me pictures and little videos of my son having fun or being silly. We are happy to have Heather as part of our family."

I obtained services from this babysitter / nanny and I find that:

"My one year old was at this daycare for no more than 20 days when he was kicked out. I was told that my child was disrupting her routine as he was napping in the morning.

She mentioned numerous times that my child cried and was grumpy all day as she was trying to keep him up till 1:00 in the afternoon to nap.

Unfortunately this caregiver has no flexibility in her schedule and had I been told from the beggining that if my child did not follow her tight schedule that he would be kicked out, I would have never put my child in her care."
