I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"My child was put in a dark room and cried for 2 hours so daycare provider could "rest" during her rest times. Does not have the appropriate safety gates in place. Kids never leave the basement, even on nice days. Refuses to change diaper if your child moves too much and does not know about safe food handling. I feel so bad for letting my daughter come here for a week."
