I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"This provider was fine in the beginning. She kept the kids in her apartment and though the older kids seemed bored and lacking engagement, it was fine for my child at just a year old. The care wasn't the best, but I wasn't concerned.

However, with the pandemic, Amy's true colours emerged. She refused to reopen when the province allowed her to. Requests for return of the deposit and for pre-paid services not rendered were met with hostility and she eventually disappeared, claiming she would not return a large amount of that money, effectively stealing it.

Delving more into her online presence reveals an increasingly sketchy and dishonest person. Recommend avoiding if you care about entrusting your children into the care of someone who upholds contracts and won't steal from you."
