I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Care was good and my grandson enjoyed it. It was late opening in the morning several time causing me to be late for work and when her daughter was left in charge it wasn't open in the morning contrary to the contract. My grandson's spot was given to another child on short notice with the reason that she didn't remember our agreement for the following September (2017/18 school year). This caused us to have to move schools which has caused significant heart ache for him. She had little concern for this. Use this service with caution."
