Childcare provider: Cara

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Do not send your child to this facility! My son was verbally harassed by another child at the facility, told there would "be no crying and no discussion" about planned activities, and when I attempted to terminate per Cara's written and signed termination agreement after realizing it was definitely the wrong fit for my son (only two days!), she is refusing to honour the agreement and is attempting to keep the entirety of the 8 week tuition. I am now forced to take legal action to get my money returned to me."
