I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"We couldn't be happier that we found Sarah's Sprouts & Seedlings! We wanted a cozy, welcoming environment for our 3yo son, where he would be free to learn, grow, play, and socialize -- and it's exactly that.
Sarah really cares about the kids in her care. She feeds them healthy, well-balanced meals (that my kiddo loves!), gives them time to play in her playground/backyard, and comes up with fun, engaging indoor activities based on their interests. She has also been so great in helping us navigate potty training.
I would absolutely recommend Sarah's to other families!!"

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"She is a fraud. I dont recommend her at all. She took a deposit from me and doesn’t want to give it back and now I see that by law she is not allowed to do that, and SHE cancelled 3 of the 6 days I paid for and doesn’t want to reimburse. I don’t agree with your lies at all and I’m still waiting on my deposit.

I don’t think you know how accounting and law works.
We’re going to have big legal issues and you will be held accountable for my lawyers fees and other fees that may be included if I don’t receive my money back today, November 16th 2020 before 4pm.

The contract stated that no tuition fees are refundable and your lucky I’m not asking for the money back for the days YOU cancelled and made me pay full price.

The deposit is not a tuition fee, it was to hold and secure the spot for Lorenzo.
The deposit is used only if WE brake the contract or for late fees.

I have a part time contract tuition from Oct.19.2020 to Nov.04.2020 that was fully paid for full days for the following dates:

19th of September, (which was paid full day but you cancelled half the day)

20th of September, (which was paid full day but you cancelled half the day)

26th of September, (Paid full day but YOU cancelled)

28th of September, paid full day

2nd of November, paid full day

3rd of November, paid full day

The contract ended on November 4th 2020

So therefore, for all the cancellations made on your end, you still asked for more money instead of crediting me.
YOU owe me the 100$ deposit even if that doesn’t please you.

Since you cancelled on us after we paid you a full day and 2 half days, Enzo attended half a day on November 09 2020 to make up for the half days you cancelled.

You still have a full day and a half paid in advance that you owe us, but you should feel lucky that I paid you for nothing and I’m not asking you for those tuition fees cancelled by YOU!

We were never late and always bringing him at 8:45am in the morning and picking him up before 3:30 pm.

If you want to find or use an excuse to keep my deposit money for your well fare and greediness, it will not work with me as I have all the proofs that he was never late and that I overpaid you.

The full tuition days that were paid for the September 19 and 20 2020 were cancelled half a day by YOU.
The full day tuition paid for the 26th of September was cancelled by YOU.
Those are tuition fees and you are lucky I am not asking a refund for those days that I paid you for nothing (like stated on the contract) even if cancelled by YOU.

All of Lorenzo’s tuitions fees were fully paid and up to date to the 4th of November
-The last day of the contract- and there was never any late fees or late drop off/pick up.

YOU broke the contract/ended the contract, so therefore, you owe me my $100 deposit that was specifically to hold and secure Lorenzo place at your babysitting house.
Now that there is no place since November 11th, I am entitled to get my deposit back.

Like mentioned above, if I don’t receive my $100 deposit today, November 16th by 4pm, legal actions will be taken and it will be costing you more than $100."

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Sarah is Amazing and an extension of our family. She is wonderful and treats all the kids like they are her own, she is definitely a gentle provider.

We love her meal plans from scratch and lots of organic fruits & veggies, and No added sugar!!. My daughter loves to help to bake & cook. What we really love is that its a warm, friendly family setting. My daughter loves to stay at table now to talk and practicing wiping everything clean with napkins!

She is so wonderful with potty training, our 3 year daughter who was terrified of toilets suddenly started using the potty on her own at home and now loves to pick a book or toy and will go sit on toilet sometimes for 20 minutes or more at a time!!

PS- her yearly Christmas Parties & Summer BBQ's are So much fun!

We are going to miss her come September when our daughter goes to JK

Sincerly, Lauren"
