I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Deceptive from the beginning. Said that they were eligible for the Affordable Childcare subsidy - they are not. Said that they are licensed with License-Not-Required - they are not. Said that the 19 yr. old daughter would be involved in our kids care - she was not.
In fact, it was the 13 yr. old daughter who would help care for our kids. They are not allowed to have more than two children in their care - they did.

When they found out that the subsidy didn't come through they stopped taking our kids to the park, no more arts and crafts, stopped potty training, etc. We told them from the beginning that we could not use their daycare if they aren't eligible for the subsidy and they ASSURED US that they had received it for other families before. When it didn't come through because they aren't even licensed with the License-Not-Required people, let alone Fraser Health, they said that we owed them over $1000. They knew it would happen from the beginning and I think were just hoping it may go through this time.

Save yourselves some grief and don't get involved with this family. They are nice people but they have made some very poor business decisions."

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I recently pulled my children from this daycare. I felt they were not ready to watch my 3 year old daughter or my twins who will be 2 soon. My twin son is special needs and I believe they were not equipped to watch him. They never hired the 1-1 worker needed for my son, or welcomed his workers into their home."
