"Our children have been cared for by Valérie on-and-off for two years. We stopped because of the pandemic, not because of her!! We have recently started up again and are super happy with the care she gives them.

"Valerie is the absolute best child care provider we could possibly ask for. Our 18 month old son has been with her for a few months now and I could not be happier with the level of care, love and safety she provides. Our son absolutely adores her and her wonderful family. Her own kids are so good with the children – this house is full of love! Her meals are so healthy, and the playroom setting in her home is fantastic; it is full of light and is safe and very spacious. Valerie provides a variety of activities and has a wonderful educational program which is composed of themes to teach kids about different concepts and ideas. She has also already taught my son how to clean up his toys after he is done playing with them (yay!). She does toy rotations and she has a great backyard with play structures for the children. She participates in several playgroups, which keep the children active and constantly learning. Her home daycare is located in a really nice neighborhood which has beautiful parks as well. She also does a lot of arts and crafts with the kids, and these can be found all over the walls of her entrance (so adorable!). She is one of the nicest and most patient people I’ve ever met. It is very easy to talk to her and she always communicates so well how the day went. As we are first time parents, the advice and comfort she provides when we are unsure of things is priceless. I wholeheartedly recommend her!"

"My daughter was with this daycare provider from 9months to 3 years and the experience was incredible. As parents, we could not have been happier with the care and attention our daughter received. La Garderie les petits anges is designed to put the children's needs first. The overall development of the children is the #1 priority and this is achieved through attentive care, activities to stimulate development and genuine interest in the well-being of the children. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir eu cette belle expérience pour notre fille. We would highly recommend this daycare provider. merci."

"I fell in love with Valerie from our first phone call, and never looked back. She took care of my two children for over three years and I hope she has room for our third! She goes beyond the call of duty, giving you tips on child development as issues rise and ensures that together you and she provide seamless love, care and structure for your little ones. She keeps the kids moving and outdoors as much as possible, and always has a new game, play structure, and endless crafts to keep little hands busy. Always fair and gentle with the children, I never heard her once raise her voice or get flustered. My children ADORE her, which made drop-offs so easy. The basement setting is a little small, but the children dont seem to mind. We miss Valerie!"

"Valerie provides a safe and warm home learning environment for the 5 kids in her care (mine has been with her for 1 year now). Her approach is semi-structured, where seasonal themes are incorporated into play, song and crafts but kids also have free time to explore their immediate environments. While the basement location is a bit confined, they are out and about everyday (even in the winter, if weather is not extreme) -- getting fresh air in the park and playing with other kids from neighbouring daycares in community playgroups. All food is organic and prepared on-site. Valerie is very professional and instills a sense of mutual respect and good discipline amongst the kids through routine and consistent patterning of behaviour, without being disciplinarian or ever raising her voice - endlessly patient and highly organized. Pick up times may be challenging for some (4:30 on Fridays), but is ok for us. Highly, highly recommended."
