I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"For most things, very good with the children, however be careful -- she may introduce the topic of bullying, by explaining how her partner is a "bully and a liar" to your children.

She may also refuse to provide you with invoices in your own name if you are in a split relationship. Says she will provide receipts when she has time. Who knows when that will be? And extremely slow at responding to emails. If you email on a Friday, it may take 3 or 4 more emails and 72 hours before you get a response."
