I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"My child currently attends Ana's Daycare and we have had such a positive experience with her. I never worry about him in her care, he is always happy to arrive at her place in the mornings, and is always smiling when I pick him up after work. She maintains an excellent routine with the children in her care, taking them on daily outings to the playgroup, the library, or the park. He is always learning new songs, colours and words. She invites the children into the main level of her house, not just in the basement, which I found with many other daycares. Ana is flexible and accommodating and I feel so lucky that my child has her as a role model in his life. I highly recommend Ana's daycare!"

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Both my sons went to Ana’s day care. They enjoyed interacting with the other children.

She didn’t give many daily updates and when we asked a question it looked something like this: Oh, where is my son’s hat? He didn’t have one. Only later to be found.

She also kept our deposit and stated to not have kept track of finances from when our son started. We lost $148."
