I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I am a first time parent recently returning to the work force after my parental leave and the thought of leaving my son in the care of another was overwhelming to say the least.

Then I discovered Demi's Daycare and I could not be happier with our decision to trust her with providing a safe, educational, fun and warm environment. Our son has grown leaps and bounds from where he was before enrollment.

She has taken all necessary precautions for safety, prepares delicious homemade meals while keeping any dietary restrictions and needs in mind and has strict COVID rules in order to continue to provide the best level of care to her families during this difficult time."

I met with this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I find the positive review here misleading as the review was created before the daycare actually opened.... I've been looking for a.daycare provider in there troubling times. I have visited the daycare once and was interested to see that it was on the lower half of a house with what appears to be only one way in or out besides a few tiny basement windows that a child couldn't fit through. If I were a parent with kids here I would ask what the fire protocol is. If there is a fire at the front door, god forbid. Also I'm uncertain if the provider has any kind of certification as when asked on the Facebook page by another parent looking for a provider the comment was removed.
This place seems sketchy."

Provider's reply:

"I can assure you there is nothing sketchy about my
Daycare. So sorry you don’t seem to think a child can fit through my large windows... my husband can fit through the windows, I’m sure your child would have no problem.
I have a fire extinguisher in my kitchen and I do have a fire escape set up. My certificates are posted on my bulletin board as soon as you walk in. I hope whatever home you chose to go with, they have the patience to deal with a parent like yourself."

"Demi has cared for my children on many occasions and has done a wonderful job. I always feel confident leaving my kids with her in her warm and inviting space. My kids have become close with her children and I would highly recommend her to anyone who seeking quality care in an at home setting."
