Provider's reply:
"The children’s wet clothing were always changed after they got wet, unless the family didn’t prepare enough clothings for their child to change. If not changed, I notify the parents to bring extra clothing next time.
On the days that we didn’t go to the lake, his boots still got wet inside, I suspected his boots had holes. If there were no holes, that’s great. It must be water went in his boots while he jumped in the puddles.
I let the children walk or jump in the shallow water, puddles or mud as its a learning activity and good for children’s physical and sensory development. The children are monitored at all times at Deer Lake Park. They learn to follow instructions and play safe. Unfortunately, I learned your child require one on one support to keep him safe, especially when we played near the lake and in the park, as we communicated. Therefore, one adult was arranged to follow him to keep him safe near the water and in the park. I am sorry that my childcare is not a good fit for your family’s needs.
As for the Epipen, your family told me that you bought a different kind of Epipen from the basic ones. To be safe, I wanted to know the exact procedure of using your new Epipen. However, it wasn’t much different as I the one I had learned at my first aid training course.
Thank you and I wish your family the best."
