I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"I, don't believe that they (the daycare providers) dress the kids properly when they take them outside, and I have spoken to several parents from different daycares who seem to have the same problem. What's the point of us sending proper attire if it's not being used, and also my child has been sick ever since she started daycare and the fact that they take them outside without proper attire makes me extremely mad."
