"Can't say enough good things about this excellent daycare! We were so fortunate to be able to get a spot here. We enrolled our son when he was 3 and now he's heading off to JK at Runnymede. Zdenka, the owner, runs a tight ship! She's both firm but compassionate, fun yet organized and really knows how to handle small children. We were consistently impressed with how clean and organized everything was: she never drops the ball! It gave us incredible peace of mind to know that our son was safe and thriving in the nurturing environment she creates every day with her assistant. He loved going everyday and would tell us about the healthy food he was eating, the crafts he was doing and the many friends he made. Zdenka not only prepares the kids for JK but she thinks outside the box and regularly schedules special day trips (ie. dance studio, yoga, children's theatre, swimming). One of the things we appreciated the most about Zdenka was her commitment to instilling self respect, respect for others and independence. She demonstrated those values herself when it came to communicating with us regarding any issues that came up with our son. I would highly recommend Bloor West Village Daycare to anyone and if you get an opportunity to place your child there, take it! We are sad to leave. Thank you Zdenka for a great year!"

"Bloor West Village Daycare is second to none. As a Vice Principal, the foundation provided at BWV Daycare prepares children greatly for school. During my son's time at the daycare, he has acquired a richer vocabulary, letter and number recognition, and the social skills needed for school readiness. Under Zdenka's care, my child has become more independent, resilient and confident. The hands-on, play-based curriculum changes daily and is embedded in all activities throughout the day.

"If your child has the chance to attend this daycare, it will be - I'm sure - one of the most positive formative experiences for them. Our son attended Bloor West Village Daycare for 20 months and we were delighted with the loving and consistent care our son received. The staff are exceptional and really engage with each child. The facilities and activites are amazing - better than we could do at home. The pre-school program is very effective and really prepared our son well for JK, both academically and emotionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending this daycare to anyone. If you have to work and be away from your child, BWV daycare is as good as family."

"We chose BWV daycare over several others and were never disappointed with the choice we made. My son was always happy in mornings to jump in car and go to the daycare. It makes my mommy soul calm and happy. Kids do a lot of activities: letters, discovering the neighborhood, visiting fire station, go to different shows, splash areas and so much more. I could see big improvement in my son development and discipline, which I am very excited about. Unfortunately, my family had to move out of Toronto, since then I never found a daycare provider equally good as BWV was... Highly recommend it!"

"Ms. Novak presents her daycare very well and we liked that she uses a school-like format to structure her day. Her daycare is very clean, organized and her staff are very friendly and attentive. The children seem very happy and love the care they receive. The field trips are great too. Our son loves to go! We would highly recommend Bloor West Village Day Care!"
