I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Our child was non-verbal during their time at Kidsworld's Hamilton location, and unable to provide feedback. At the time we were happy with the care.

However, since leaving we have heard some horrendous feedback from previous employees. This included no access to daycare-provided food if you sent food in with your child, and using a closet for discipline.

While this feedback could simply be an attempt to undermine a previous employer, in the situation where it was given, the employee had absolutely NOTHING to gain from speaking poorly about her previous employer.

I would think twice before sending my child back to Kidsworld."

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Our daughter attended Kids World when Crystal was in Hamilton. We were very sad that she relocated to Brantford. She is an amazing person, and wonderful with the children. Crystal is a positive role model who works very hard to be better then any other home daycare around. She has a flexible but structured schedule that is structured to meet the needs of every child. Our daughter was always coming home singing new songs, teaching us new sign language and bringing home art projects that she was extremely proud of. I would highly recommend Kids World Daycare to any parent looking for childcare."
