"I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Jadaa as I visited her once a month for several years in my role as Child Care Advisor with Global Child Care Services. The government standards of the Day Nureseries Act were always maintained and she excells at her job. Michelle has a special knack of quickly figuring out each child's needs and responding to them as individuals. Her meals were home made, and exceptional, crafts were creative and age appropriate, and her playroom is safe, educationally inviting and just plain fun to hang out in. I would highly recommend Michelle and count her as a friend."

"Having internationally adopted our daughter at age 12 months, when we began searching for a care provider it was imperative that we find someone who would respect diversity, provide a stable, nuturing home environment, and who, with love and care, would bring out our daughter's full potential. When we first met Michelle, we knew we had not only found a careprovider, but another member of our family. Our daughter was with Michelle from age 18 months until age 4 when upcoming junior kindergarten considerations caused us to change from home day care to day care at our local school. Michelle offered a stimulating, loving environment which made our daughter feel precious and unique and which taught her boundaries, respect and what life in a family is all about. Michelle worked collegially with parents to ensure each child received the individual care and consideration they needed. Meals were exceptional, crafts and activities were age-appropriate and creative, schedules were flexible to accomodate and respond to the needs of the children. Global Child Care was a wonderful agency to work with and took care of all administrative issues. Michelle is a treasure, and will forever be a part of our extended family!"

"Michelle has been the caregiver for both of my children since they were one and my son is currently with her. My children are treated like members of her family. They are loved and cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. Michelle does very creative crafts with them, introduces a variety of foods, and keeps them stimulated throughout the day with a number of different activities. She is very flexible and understanding and is excellent at letting us know any concerns she may have about the children. The licensing agency, Global, has also been terrific. Michelle is a wonderful caregiver and has my highest recommendation."

"Michelle is an excellent day care provider. My son was under Michelle's care for one year and I would recommend her to anyone. We left her care because I had my second child and moved out of the city. My son loved going to day care and many times didn't want to come home at the end of the day. Michelle provides a loving and fun environment for the kids with lots to do in crafts, toys, park excursions and a basement of play heaven. We interviewed a number of providers prior to picking and after interviewing Michelle (which was our last interview) I knew right away she was the provider for us 5 minutes into the meeting. Michelle is an excellent choice for a day care provider and I would choose her again in a heart beat if we were in the area."
