I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Our daughter has been going to Jens for almost a full year now. From when she was 18 months until she is now at almost 2 and a half. It was the first time anyone outside of family had cared for her and I was a nervous wreck. Jen made both myself and my daughter so very, very comfortable. My daughter looks forward to every day and I am amazed at how much she has grown while in Jens care. I really appreciate how Jen is so aware of the social environment for the children in her care and actively works to make sure that every child has a positive experience. During a few health concerns of our daughters Jen was professional and a great partner for both my husband and I in dealing with the situations as they arose. We feel very lucky to have found a place for our daughter that we trust and know our daughter enjoys."
