I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:
"We were very disappointed with this daycare. The toys were new, quality food was provided and the children were safe however, children were put under a lot of pressure to behave in a way that we felt was unrealistic and unhealthy for their age. We sincerely felt that imagination and dialogue were not endorsed by staff who preferred quiet, manageable, almost robotic kids."

"Our son has been in this daycare in the toddler room since January '11 after our other daycare closed it's doors suddenly. It was true luck that they happened to have space. Their prices are very high ($1500/month for toddler) but the service is worth it. He has wonderful food made on site every day, the teachers are very well chosen and he comes home exhausted and chatty about all the things he has done. He counted to 34 the other day in the car and he isn't 2 for a few months, we had no idea he could go so high. He comes home with presents/crafts almost every day and they are very helpful in telling you their observations so they can have a better time wih the other children. Parking is a nightmare, but you get over it for good service. I would highly promote this centre to those who believe in you get what you pay for. Couldn't be happier with our choice - oh and the video cameras in the room so you can login and see you munchkin during the day is a real bonus."

"I was very nervous putting my son into daycare. I am a first time Mom and wasn't sure I knew I was even asking all the right questions. In the end I chose Kindercollege over another daycare mainly due to their more flexible hours. I was unsure those first weeks whether I made the right decision as the daycare was brand new and just opened. However, today I am extremely happy with everything about this daycare. Joseph has done a wonderful job choosing excellent staff for the infant rooms. Their level of energy and enthusiasm for the kids is just tremendous. I find that they go above and beyond in helping the babies developmentally as well and do not just act as a "babysitting" service. I find them to be dedicated to continuous improvement to the centre. My son has adjusted tremendously well there - he loves all the caregivers and I find their feedback quite thorough and helpful especially as a first time Mom. One last person that I would be remiss in not mentioning is Catharine who is the daycare Supervisor. She is fantastic - full of great energy and always thinking about creative and fun ways to help the kids develop. I HIGHLY recommend this daycare!"

I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:
"My son was one of the first children to join Kinder College in the infant room back in February of 2010 and I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful daycare for my son. The facilities are new, clean, bright and engaging. The food is well thought out for nutrition, variety and taste. I have also been impressed with the amount and quality of activities that are planned in the infant room. One day they are planting seedlings to watch grow, the next day they are playing with water and bubbles, the next day might be a craft, now they are planning an outing to the firehall. I never feel like my son is just left in a corner to play, I feel confident that he is being engaged and encouraged to grow and develop! But the real Kinder College difference is the owners and the staff. I have always found everyone at the centre extremely warm and welcoming. They greet my son in the morning with a hug and such warmness and say good-bye to him at the end of the day with the same love. I am always so gratified to have a teacher from the room come up to me and tell me, quite excitedly about my son's most recent accomplishment. I feel like my son is truly cared for and that they take such joy in his growth and accomplishments along the way. I know the owners and staff by name and they have taken great care to get to know us as well. I am confident that we have found a daycare centre that really, really cares. As a new centre, they certainly went through some growing pains, but at every stage the owners and staff were open and honest with the parents and were very open to our suggestions. My little one who has just turned 15 months gets excited when we pull up to the school building and starts to wiggle and point to his classroom as soon as we get in the building. I can tell that he is excited to go to “skooool” and that is so reassuring for me as a mother. I highly recommend Kinder College!"

I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:
"I have been quite happy with my toddler going to Kinder College. As a first time mother I was quite anxious about the type of care that my son would receive, so I went to a few daycares for visits: one run by the TDSB, one Montessori, one private with high ratings and one not-for-profit. Here is why I chose Kinder College:
1) there was no pressure as to when my son should start daycare, whereas a lot of other places would rather they start at infancy (much more expensive daily rate) with the threat that there would be no space available to him when he was a toddler or preschooler if I chose to start him later
2) The facilities are new! New equipment, new toys, new cots, new area rugs, new and CLEAN toilet facilities, etc... and are being well maintained on a daily basis.
3) ALL staff are ECE or have education degrees (the teachers, the owner and the manager)- other facilities have assistants who have no real professional qualifications.
4) The classrooms are bright and airy and the classroom size is kept small : other places were very over crowded.
5) A big, safe, outdoor play space and good amounts of outdoor time, and enough space inside for days with bad weather. Other places had very limited outdoor or outdoor space was very accessible from street level, or no space designated for indoor gross motor play on bad weather days.
6) Good healthy food prepared on site with a trust worthy kitchen staff and well thought out menus that improves everyday with parent suggestions. I've been to a another daycare that serves processed food for the same money. My son is a picky eater, but not when it comes to lunchtime or snacktime at daycare!
7) My son comes home with new words. expressions, songs and rhymes that show a consistency in lessons.
8) The rates were on par with other daycares - no waitlists and you get more than some other places.
9) During the transitional period, the staff were very easy going and understanding of how much time my son needed to adjust and how much time I wanted to spend with him at the daycare.
10) They have webcams so I can check up on my son whenever I want."

"I can't say enough great things about Kinder College -- it feels like a family. The staff are professional, friendly and very warm with the children. The owner and his wife are extremely engaged with both parents and children and spend time on a daily basis in the different classrooms so they are very intune with how things are running. They encourage feedback and suggestions from parents and act on them. The Centre itself is great -- everything is new and extremely clean! Street shoes are not allowed in the infant room and the rooms are cleaned by an outside company every night. My son started at the Centre in April and has not been off sick even though other children in his class have had ear infections and fevers -- they are doing something right in preventing the spread of infections between all the kids! The atmosphere is bright, cheerful and fun. The food is prepared in-house, fresh each day. My son is always happy, rested and smiling when I pick him up -- and that is what it is all about!"

I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:
"Kinder College truly is first rate. I am a first time mother, and the thought of putting my child in daycare was more than overwhelming. I was on waitlist at 7 other daycares in the downtown area, of which none I was really impressed with. Kinder College has been heaven sent, I was very lucky that their opening coincided with me going back to work. As soon as I had a tour of the facility, I knew it was the right fit for my son. Very bright, cheery and I like the fact that since it is a new daycare EVERYTHING is brand new, not that old dingy feel like some of the other daycares. Plus, they don't pack the classrooms, there are only 6 or 7 other kids in my son's class. And the staff is amazing, very friendly & energetic, so flexible and understanding of each child's needs. I highly recommend this daycare for parents who are looking for a daycare where their children can grow, play & learn at the same time."
