I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Looking for a childcare provider was the most stressful suitations I have ever had to deal with. I live 3000 miles away from family & friends, so I never had the confort of having a provider referred, and all that was crossing my mind was "how do I choose someone, I don't know, to look after my child for 40 hrs./ week"?....

Little Leaps put an end to my concerns from the inital phone conservation. Right from the start I got that "warm feeling" that everyone says to look for. All of the inquires a person has about a daycare were discussed, and even things I did not even think about were brought to my attention.

I went to the home of this provider and from the time she answered the door until I left, I felt like I had know her all my life. She understood all of my concerns and went over every issue, detail etc. I had my son with me and we went into the downstairs which is the childrens area. I was amazed at the time, thought and love that went into this basement and my son just made himself at home which at this phase he was going through was unusual.

My son has been a part of little leaps for 2 months now. I drop him off in the morning and I go about my day with no worry. The meals that are provided are very nutritional and so are the snacks. As well it is a variety from day to day and week by week touching on all food groups.

Since my son has been there his interaction with others has improved tremendously. He plays, learns and has a great day.

With little leaps you not only get a provider but a great MOM. There were 2 times my son was sick and I kept him home. I would always get a phone call after hours checking on him, not that it is required or even something I expected but it just reasuring. Also since he has been there I have never had diaper rash, he is well taken care of.

Now when I arrive at little leaps in the moning my son laughs when we ring the door bell. The front door is always locked which was another feature I never thought of that makes me feel safe, so no one can just come in and out. Whenever I arrive to pick him up he is having fun.

As for pricing which was my last concern, it is very well priced, it is actually unbelieveable the care you get for what you pay for.

I am a new mom and believe me I had a hard time until I found little leaps comming to terms with leaving my son with someone else. From one parent to another I highly recommend little leaps.

If anyone would like to email me about any of my comments, or if you have any questions, please do so."
