"My 2.5 year old daughter has been going to Pat's since she was 12 months old and she absolutely loves it. When I first met Pat I immediately knew she was the right person to look after my daughter as she's very calm, kind and excellent with kids.

"My son has been with Pat full-time for two years now. We have had a very positive experience as a family with using Pat's Daycare. He is so happy to go each day, eats well, and naps well for Pat. We really appreciate the home daycare environment, but that Pat also works together with two other neighbourhood home daycares for play group, crafts, and lots of time at the park during the nice weather months (including enjoying a local splash pad all summer and having picnic lunches)! The children spend a lot of time outdoors, which is so important. Our son has developed kind manners from Pat (he always remembers his "pleases" and "thank yous"), and he has been learning a lot through pre-school style learning themes throughout each year. Pat combines a comfortable, home atmosphere with pre-school learning and fun experiences. Pat helps children develop independent skills and communication skills. We have been so pleased, and highly recommend Pat's Daycare if looking for a home daycare you can trust in this area."

"I’ve been sending my children to Pats Daycare since 2017. My son was originally in a daycare centre but never settled there and was upset each time I picked him up and dropped him off. After speaking with my neighbor she recommended Pats daycare. My husband and I met with Pat in her home and immediately felt comfortable. She was warm and welcoming and answered our many questions. We decided to move our son from his centre to Pats daycare and he blossomed in her home. He looked forward to his daycare days, the arts and crafts but he and especially loved Pat. He was happy to see her everyday and walked in without hesitation. Pat provided him a kind, supportive and structured environment to grow and learn. She sets clear boundaries for the children while allowing them to explore new skills. Since our son has entered JK he now has a little sister who is attending Pats Daycare. We could not be happier with Pat who is like a second mom to our children. I would highly recommend her daycare."

"My one year old daughter has been attending Pat's daycare for six months and she is thriving there. I have complete peace of mind when I am at work because I know she is in the best of hands and she is happy. She sleeps well, eats well, is happy at drop off and has developed a love for and a security in Pat. Pat meets with other home daycares and so my daughter has been able to play with other kids outside of the ones she sees often throughout the week. Pat is kind, assertive, very flexible, thoughtful, experienced watching kids of all ages, organized, reliable, generous and genuinely adores the kids she watches. Every day I am given a slip of paper indicating what and when my daughter ate, time of bowel movements, time and length of nap, and activities (i.e., where they went in the morning). Pat celebrates seasonal events (i.e., costume party at Halloween, Christmas craft keepsakes that were wrapped for under our tree, Valentines Day cards, Easter Egg Hunt, Birthdays,...). Each event my daughter (and son who is not even in Pat's care) were treated with hospitality and generosity that far surpasses any child care program I have enrolled my children in or heard of from other parents. We are so glad to know Pat and are so thankful for the quality of care she provides each and every day. She is an extremely rare find."

"My children have been attending Pat's daycare for the past 9 years. They began as infants and continue to attend on school PA days and part-time during the summer months. Pat's daycare is exceptional in every aspect. Healthy lunches and snacks, outdoor activities, crafts and lots of play time. More importantly, she provides a safe and welcoming environment for children. My children love going to Pat's house and frequently ask when they will be going next. She takes a genuine interest in their lives and shares in their accomplishments. In fact, Pat is often one of the first people my kids want to call when they have good news to share. When my youngest daughter was diagnosed with several allergies, Pat always made sure she had safe food and baked treats that she could enjoy. We consider ourselves very lucky to have Pat as our daycare provider. Our children have thrived in her care and both of their kindergarten teachers commented on how prepared they were for school. I would highly recommend Pat's daycare!"

"Pat is truly an amazing daycare provider! She provides not only exceptional supervision, but education regarding manners and age appropriate lessons as well. The few occasions in which my daughter has been feeling under the weather, I have been able to feel confident that she is receiving love and attention, and not just simply supervision. My daughter truly loves Pat and is excited to see her and learn from her on a daily basis.

"I started taking my son to Pat's daycare in January. He had just turned one year old and it was sad for me to go back to work. I had an entire year off with my son and in that time was only able to get him to sleep nursing, he was barely eating solid foods and was on no formal schedule. Since he started at Pat's he communicates better, he naps easily and is on a great routine. Pat is exceptionally organized and caring. He loves going to see Pat and the other kids. He has become social and interacts well with children inside and out of daycare. Sure made going back to work a whole lot easier"

"Pat has been our childcare provider for seven years. She has taken exemplary care of both my daughters and we couldn't be more pleased. Most importantly, my girls love going to Pat's daycare! In fact, we drive out of our way to take our youngest daughter to Pat and now that my oldest daughter is in school she looks forward to PA days when she can go back to visit. I can drop them off with complete peace of mind knowing that they are well cared for and having so much fun. They learn their manners, how to play with other children, and how to problem solve. They complete arts and crafts on a regular basis which fosters the skills they need for kindergarten. When my oldest daughter went to kindergarten her teacher commented on how independent she was. I wish I could take full credit for it but I know that Pat was a big part of her being so prepared for school. One of the biggest positives for me is that they spend so much time outside and there is no t.v. time. They go for walks and play at the park every day.

"My daughter looks forward to spending her days with Pat - and as a working mom - that makes me happy! My daughter spends her days playing with her friends in a comfortable and safe home setting. "My two children had been with Pat for 5 years. My kids love her! As do I. She is without a doubt, an exceptional caregiver. The kids were taken on outings, played at the park almost everyday (weather permitting), they enjoyed many different crafts and activities. They never complained about going there, and miss her dearly now. I had to pull them out of daycare due to a job loss. However, when I get back to work, she will be the first person I call and I hope she will be able to accomodate us.

"My daughter has been attending Pat's daycare for 3 and a half years. Our experience has been wonderful. Pat's home is our daughter's "home away from home". Pat is loving, kind and provides a safe and comfortable environment for her children. She is extremely reliable. Children have lots of outdoor time, playing at the park or going for walks. She recently took them to watch the Olympic torch relay. She encourages respectful behaviour and teaches young children to use their manners. She makes hot lunches and encourages good eating habits.
