I met with this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"English lady who has years of experience as she was also a licensed child minder in the UK where it is very strict, thorough and highly regulated.

I also rang her referees for feedback and spoke to one Mum who has used this child care for 4 yrs now and had nothing but praise for Julie and feels her child is well cared for, and does not have to worry about anything while she goes to work knowing her little one is going to be okay and well cared for there."
