I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"1) This day-home is insecure, never ask for important security information like, Alberta Health Care numbers, Family Doctor phone numbers, allergies, etc.
3) Don't show be patient with small kids.
2) The door is always unlocked, don't have knob cover inside.
3) She expect so much for small kids often rush them and scream them."

"I have all health care numbers on file as well as all pertinent information. I am extremely patient with ALL children as they are children and need direction. I do not "scream". I will try and speak over all the children if I need their attention to give them direction on what we need to do."
