I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Stephanie has been an excellent care provider for our daughter AnnaG. She was very patient when we started, as Anna was always very attached,cried many times and would not stay for more than a few mins or mere hour/s. However, Stephanie suggested we try her on a P/T basis, created distraction techniques and made several recommendations which helped!

Now, we are pleased to say that Anna is very well adjusted, enjoys going to daycare each day (Mon-Fri) and mom is able to return to work F/T with great peace of mind. Based on the program - we her parents as well as others have seen results! One very important thing we also admire about this provider is that she reports both negative and positive behaviour and achievement and expresses care, love and genuine interest in the child/children and their development. She works with the parents as well to ensure daycare practices are also being mirrored at home. We highly recommend Steph's Royal Tot to anyone seeking real genuine care for their little treasure/s. Good job Stephanie!"
