"My daughter (K) started with Jen at just 1 year of age. As a new mom, my mommy guilt set in quickly. Jen quickly erased any anxiety and fears I had about leaving my precious little one her in daily care. She has been nothing but kind, gentle, nurturing and loving towards her. Most mornings, K leaps out of my arms to Jen and is quick to wave goodbye. What an amazing way to start my day! On the days where K is apprehensive to leave me, Jen quickly scoops her up and makes her smile and giggle. On those days, I am thankful to receive texts and pictures from her showing how happy K is soon after I am gone. As Registered Early Childhood Educator and teacher, I know a good caregiver when I see one. I am 100% confident that Jen has the skills, experience and capabilities to provide exceptional care to my little one and any others. Going into the hard process of finding a provider, my husband and I had an open mind and knew that not every child and provider are a good match. Thankfully, she was a perfect match for us and our daughter. Thanks to Jen’s great program and structured day, K has grown and learned so much. She enjoys being there, and with Jen, so much that it is sometimes difficult to convince her to come home with us! I couldn’t be happier about that. Jen is open, honest and positive when it comes to communication with us and does all she can to make our daughters day wonderful. We are so fortunate to have found this wonderful provider and hope to keep her for a long time!"

"My daughter has been with Jen Warren for over a year and neither she nor I could be happier. Jen is a kind, warm-hearted and wonderful provider who provides an exemplary service to our family. We’d be lost without her! There have been days when I have had to literally carry my crying child into Jen’s home and walk away, saddened to leave behind my little girl who so desperately just wants to be with her daddy. I know that before I leave, Jen will have scooped her up in her capable arms and calmed her down before I’ve even left the driveway. I know this because I’ve seen her do the exact same with other children in her care. They all just love her so much. And because, as a parent herself, Jen knows how hard it is for a parent to see their child so sad, she will often text me a picture of my daughter just a few minutes later to show me that all is well in her little world. It does so much for my peace of mind. We love Jen and HIGHLY recommend her. I guarantee, you will not find anyone better. My only regret is that we didn’t find her years ago when our first child began daycare. It will be a bittersweet moment next summer when our daughter “graduates” from daycare and moves on to kindergarten."

"Decided to send my son to this care provider after seeing her rave reviews and hearing good things from other providers in the community. Explained upon meeting her that my situation was a bit tricky as my husband had recently left the province for training so I was solo parenting for 6 months before we moved across the country. Warned her that there may be some abandonment and separation anxiety to work through as he had only turned 2 a few months before and there were many changes to his normal routine to which he needed to adjust.

"My daughter has been with Jen for almost six months and I am beyond pleased with the exceptional care and attention that she receives from Jen in her cutely designed and engaging space. My daughter is returned to us at the end of the day clean, happy and rested which makes for a pleasant transition to the evening routine. It is obvious that she has been kept active both physically and mentally during the day.

"Jen cared for my son for about 4 years and we have had nothing but a great experience during this time. Jen is extremely caring and provides an excellent environment for the children in her care. My son really enjoyed his time at Monkey Minding daycare and his experience there helped prepare him for his first year of school. Jen is a great communicator with parents, including informing what the children were having for lunch each day. My son enjoyed all the different activities that Jen planned and many crafts he got bring home.

"As a family, we are very happy with Jen's Monkey Minding daycare. She has cared for our infant and toddler children for two years. Jen provides such a happy and nurturing environment for our children to thrive in. Her main-floor playroom is a real hub of activity, including books, costumes, educational materials and plenty of age-appropriate toys. She always engages warmly with the children and is so receptive to their needs. Crafts and creative play are part of her routine. As parents we appreciate all the thought she puts into their activities and day.

"Jen cared for my daughter for over 2 years, and I was always confident that my daughter was safe, happy and loved in Jen's care. Jen truly cares about the well being of the kids in her care. I received lots of adorable crafts which my daughter made with Jen's help. We were so happy with the care our daughter received that her little sister will be going to Jen's too shortly."
