I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Immediately upon meeting with Natalina, we were impressed by the level of professionalism and reliability she has exhibited. When our child began progressing into daycare, half days and eventually full days, Natalina provided email and text updates on how his play, naps and feeding were going. These updates were much appreciated and demonstrated that Natalina understood the inhibitions of first-time parents dropping off their child at a new daycare provider.

Each and every early morning that we drop off our child, Natalina is up and fully prepared to take him for the day. In the afternoon, our child and his belongings are packed and ready to go the moment we arrive to pick him up. Natalina always provides a full report on how his day went."

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Immediately upon meeting with Natalina, we were impressed by the level of professionalism and reliability she has exhibited. Having spent good lengths of time at the daycare with our child on a few occasions, we feel confident that Natalina provides the children with a safe, caring and nurturing environment. Natalina provides in-person, e-mail and text updates on how his play, naps and feedings are going. These updates were much appreciated and demonstrate that Natalina understands the inhibitions of parents dropping off their child(ren) at daycare. Our child is always happy during drop off and pick up. It is evident that he is well cared for, naps well, eats well and plays well.

Natalina is very dedicataed and reliable. Natalina puts a lot of effort towards the daily meals and snacks for the children. It is evident in the healthy, home-made, varied and creative meals she provides. Just as much effort is put towards entertaining the children. The children attend play groups, go on many walks, to the library and often come home with fun and creative works of art.

Natalina is always full of energy and charisma and is never seen without a genuine smile.

We are extremely happy with the care received and highly recommend Natalina and Le Playroom Daycare."
