Childcare provider: Gillian

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I tried Gillian's service for a short time. On my first visit I was impressed wth her demeanor and cleanliness. She provided me with referenced which were positive. The problems quickly began to rise once my child was in her care.
We began to notice that our child was getting diaper rashes. He wold heal over the weekend and then by Monday evening or Tuesday evening they would be back. It was an indication that she was not changing the diapers.
We mentioned the issue to Gillian but did not see any improvement.

There were other cleanliness and care issues that we observed as well.

In my initial visit she stated the kids would be taken out for out door play but that never happened.

Unhappy with the service my partner and I decided enough was enough and provided Gillian with 2 weeks notice after only 1 month of care.
This is when we learned about the real Gillian.
The insults began to occur and we were told in WRITING what horrible parents we were- wishing our son luck being raised by such incompetents who did not care about his well being.

I would definitely recommend that you look elsewhere-- it was a hellish month for us and don't wish Gillian's service for any child or parent to endure.
