I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"My son has been going to this daycare for a few month now and I have never experienced more of a horrible daycare. The management is rude and does not have enough staff for the children. The owner is always in her office and never interacting with the children. They put the kids down for a nap for over there scheduled time as well. They always loose my chikds ckothing (snowpants, boots etc) They charge close to $800 a month without lunch or proper supervision. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS HORRIBLE CENTER!"

I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"This daycare is a reminder of how crucial it is that Canada implement universal child care. The overall standard is simply not acceptable. The majority of decisions made by the management & owners of this child care "business" are based on saving money, not on what is best for the children and parents who are paying for their child care services. The facility is not clean, the management is disorganized and they falsely claim in their brochures to provide educational opportunities and outings for the children. To be fair, most of the child care employees are working hard to provide sufficient care for the children & deserve more support, but the business owners and management have little regard even for the workers who are trying to provide decent care. The facility is understaffed and they are constantly moving children to different rooms in order to send home staff in order to save money. I have made plans for my child at another facility, as I do not feel positive about leaving my child in this facility's care each day."
