I met with this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"I have been in contact with the school for the last 10 months via email looking to enroll my son. There was no space so I asked to be advised when a spot opened up. 10 months went by and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed again to inquire if any spots opened up. There was and I told them I was delighted to hear that there was so I tried booking an appointment asap via email. A day went by and I didn't hear back so I called the next morning. A teacher said it had been filled. Surprised, I very kindly asked for the email contact our owner to call me back to find out what happened as we were disappointed. I didn't receive a call back so I called the school after work. Keep in mind, this is only my second phone call to the school.

I was able to speak with the owner who said they gave the opening to someone else who was already there. I told her I completely understand that but out of no where, she said, "Why are you call so much?" and even accused me of being argumentative and then hung up on me. Communication with the owner's children were great but I am appalled at how I was spoken to on the phone and do not recommend this school.
