MGGP is dedicated to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows children to develop at their own individual pace. We believe that children need to have a positive self-image. We foster that that image, along with their developmental growth in areas of intellectual, social and physical and emotional skills through a variety of group activities, individual play and quiet periods. We believe that children can benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Our program makes use of play and learning materials that help the children gain self confidence in their abilities to make and do things on an everyday basis.

I am a 23 year old mother of a 17 month old little girl and I have another 1 year old girl part time in my care. I have over 10 years of experience in child care from babysitting, being a nanny and working in a private home daycare. I also am a certified Swim Instructor through Red Cross. After completing my General Arts and Science Program at Georgian College, I decided to enroll in the Bachelor of Arts Program at Laurentian. I found that with my work load and being away from my daughter, that I wanted to stay home with my daughter because I have been in school since she was 2 months and felt I was missing out on her growing up. Therefore, I feel every child should be able to have the same time of motherly care in the absense of their own parent while at work, to ensure that their child is getting the very best! You will find that here! I am a very loving and care person and mother. I always put my daughters needs before anything else to ensure her safely and over all well being.
