Children will have the opportunity daily to “Learn, Explore, Interact, and Grow through Fun” at Quinton Tots Daycare.
Quinton Tots Daycare Offers:
- A caring, and nurturing environment.
- A dedicated Facebook page for parents only to share daycare crafts, and keep commuincation open.
- Current references from other parents with children currently in care.
- Open door policy. Many of my parents come right in to the home when picking up their children so there's always opportunity to take a peak at the kitchen, bathrooms, playrooms to ensure they are safe and up to your standards (my children are in care as well so I have high standards of clean).
- Playroom with lots of toys, a separate adjacent room for napping and washroom (both on the same level as playroom).
- Guided arts and crafts happen weekly and art often happens daily in some aspect whether it is from colouring, drawing, or painting.
- Clean and smoke free home.
- Our home is equipped with top of stair baby gates and tamper proof outlets (with extra safety covers).
- Safe, very low traffic, quiet location with mature neighbours (on a court).
- Fully fenced backyard (flat patio to a newly sodded grass play area).
- Quad stroller with sunshades on all seats and a giant rain cover for walks to ensure your children are safe from the elements on before and after school drop-offs/pick-ups.

- Current certification in First Aid/CPR Level C (for working with children).
- References and a police check for viewing.

Quinton Tots Days:
An example of structured educational play may be learning to recognize the letters on our letter board or singing the alphabet, counting 1 to 10 or higher, recognizing colours and shapes. For the older children we will also focus on skills that would be nice to have for kindergarten such as learning to write their first name, learning their first and last name, learning their address, etc. An example of free play could be story time, singing songs, playing with toys, drawing or painting on our easel, or doing other crafts.

Serves nutritious snacks and lunches that encourage vegetables, fruit, lean proteins and dairy to be the star of every plate.
Our home does not directly serve peanuts or nuts in any of the snack or meal times.
Parents are to provide bottles for your children filled with juice, water or milk. Filtered water is provided. |
