I believe this quote summarizes who I am.
I am a mother of a 3 yr. old and have been surrounded by children for over 13 years.
I am ECE certified and have worked in numerous daycares.
I also have a current police record check as well as CPR and first aid qualifications.
I have 3 openings for children aged 2 and up starting Dec. 1/2012.
Full and part time will be accepted and I am flexible with days of attendance.
My hours of operation are 7am to 5:45pm.
Please note:children must not have any allergies to cats.
Receipts will be given for tax purposes.
My goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, educational, and fun environment for your child.
I believe my daily program enables me to do just that.
A stuctured schedule allows children to feel safe in their environment.
The following is my daycare schedule....
Arrival, table toys, educational TV
7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
School drop-off
8:30 AM to 9:15AM
Circle (i.e. songs, stories, etc.)
9:15 AM to 9:30 AM
Wash-up & morning snack
9:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Creative activities (i.e. craft, colour, painting, etc.)
10:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Outdoor play (depending on weather) or active indoor play (i.e. dancing, exercising, etc.)
10:30 AM to 11:45 AM
Wash-up, lunch & clean-up
11:45 PM to 12:30 PM
Settle children for naps or quiet activities (i.e. books, puzzles, blocks, TV, movie, etc.) & wakeup children
12:30 PM to 2:45 PM
School pick-up
2:45 PM to 3:30 PM
Wash-up & afternoon snack
3:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Outdoor play or group activities (games, sensory, stories, music & dancing), clean-up & departure
4:00 PM to 5:45 PM
* Washroom breaks and diaper changes will be performed throughout the day when needed. |
