Lexi’s Home Daycare is located conveniently in the East York area. We provide a home-like setting and a safe comfortable environment, which makes our daycare the perfect place for children to play, laugh and discover.
Program:
• A rich environment that promotes their development and each child’s individual needs and interests
• Develop communication skills by providing opportunities for children to listen, talk, draw, and write
• Manipulate materials as they explore, experiment, problem solve, ask questions, pose problems, and hypothesize about their world
• Be independent and self-reliant as they accomplish tasks in their own way, at their own pace.
• For creative development the teacher-directed portion of the program is kept to a minimum
• Develop physical and self-help skills as they carry out play actions, such as running, climbing, or completing a puzzle, feeding themselves and washing their hands
• Providing indoor and outdoor play as well as active play, rest and quiet time through a blend of child initiated and adult supported experiences
• Use diverse materials and experiences to learn and explore other cultures and religions
• Offering resources and providing consultation in child development, behavior guidance, nutrition, health, safety and other child related topics.

Currently in our 11 years of service, Lexi's home daycare has a very welcoming environment where children can feel safe to play and learn. With an assortment of educational play based activities children are always having a great time.
