I am eager to partner with parents to bring up children with a healthy sense of respect for themselves, others, and their environment. My goal is to create a place where children feel safe, loved, and happy. I am a highly creative person and love to help kids find their creative side through arts and crafts, drama, dance, stories, and songs. I offer a preschool like program with educational activities and structured play. The bottom portion of my house is a devoted kid zone, which includes a train table, wooden kitchen and doll area, a painting and craft space, a book corner, and a carpeted area for play with any of our multitude of age appropriate toys. Our back yard features a bouncy castle with a ball pit, a play house, slides, sand box, cars etc. We also do a lot of baking, cooking, and gardening. We visit drop in programs such as roaming rascals, franc depart, strong start, and the hub. We are located minutes away from south park, and have several parks within a ten minute walk to visit - including Defenbaker water park. |
