Hi my name is Melissa and I am the mother of a wonderful 7 month old son. I am currently considering starting a home daycare in March 2014 so that I can be a stay-at-home mom/caregiver. I am located on Lacroix street in Hammond.
My home daycare would be from
Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 5:30pm(flexible hours).
I would offer bilingual daycare services to children ages 1 to 5 years old.

20$ before and after school
I take my role as caregiver very seriously. I offer each child who comes into my home affection, patience, understanding, encouragement and praise.
My home daycare would be a supportive environment which would allow the children to grow, laugh, play and learn all of the important skills that young children need for a successful start in life. I enjoy working with all age groups.
Here are some of the things I have to offer
- Games, crafts, songs, theme days (pyjama, hat, funky socks, neon ect.) fun activities, stories, lots of outdoor play, etc.
- Large backyard
- Beautiful Park with play structures just a few minutes away
- An organized daycare filled with toys and activities
- A safe, relaxed, fun atmosphere where children could learn through play at their own pace (alphabet, colors, numbers, forms, etc.)
-Standard First Aid / Level C CPR and Police Check up to date
-Healthy snacks and lunches provided by myself
