Hello Parents, my name is Teresa Dobrowolski-Starr and for the past 10 years I have had the privilege of running * Little STARS Home ChildCare.* We will have 1 full-time spot available for August/September 2019. I am a Mom and an experienced, caring and professional childcare provider who loves children and provides excellent care, nutritious homemade meals/snacks and stimulating indoor/outdoor activities. In our home the whole main floor has been converted into a daycare play center creating for a bright, sunny, learning, playing and nurturing environment. As well, we have loads of age-appropriate toys, books, interactive games, small musical instruments, indoor slide and a fun treehouse for your child to explore and use their creative imagination. Our home is smoke and pet free, safe, fun and child friendly. We belong to a local library and borrow an abundance of books which we enjoy reading over and over again and music CDs which we enjoy dancing and singing along with. Everyday, weather permitting we go to local parks, for walks around the block, or play in our fenced backyard. I will provide References and Income Tax Receipts. I currently have a Police Record Check, CPR & First Aid Certificate. We are located in Katimavik/Kanata area at 59 McGibbon Drive just 2 minutes from Terry Fox and Castlefrank Queensway (Hwy 417) Ramps.
My Fee is $50.00 per day or $250.00 per week based on a Full-time attendance this being 4 or 5 days a week.
Parent/s please note that at the current time we do not accept children with peanut or dairy allergy or any other food allergy or food sensitivity.
OUR DAY @ LITTLE STARS HOME CHILDCARE
7 – 8:30 AM PLAYTIME AS OTHERS ARRIVE; ABC’s,
1, 2, 3’s, CALENDAR/WEATHER
8:30 – 9 AM 1ST SNACK - YOGOURT/FRUIT, BAGELS,
CREAM OF WHEAT, BANANA/APPLE LOAVES (any of
the items), MILK 2% or 3.25%;
PERSONAL HYGIENE
9 – 11 AM WALKS TO PARKS/PLAYGROUNDS; CIRCLE
TIME, SING-A-LONG, CRAFTS/GAMES, STORY TIME,
DRESS UP, PLAY IN BACKYARD OR
ON OCCASIONS A VISIT TO A PLAYGROUP AT KATIMAVIK
PRESCHOOL RESOURCE CENTRE
12 – 1 PM NUTRITIOUS HOMEMADE LUNCH, DESSERT,
MILK; PERSONAL HYGIENE
1 – 3 PM NAP TIME/QUIET TIME
3 – 3:30 PM EXERCISE/STRETCHING TIME
PERSONAL HYGIENE
3:30 – 4:00 PM 2ND SNACK OF FRESH FRUIT/FRUIT
