My name is Sylvie Brice and I am the owner of Chez-Vous bilingual daycare. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, I started babysitting at the age of 13 – caring for family members, neighbors children and children in the community. I have always loved children along with their curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
I moved to Toronto in 2008 and have worked on my career since then. I now have two wonderful little boys of my own and I have decided that I want to spend my time with them – teaching them about the world around them, helping them discover new things, guiding them to finding themselves and also, teaching them French. That is why I opened Chez-Vous bilingual daycare. I want to make a difference in children’s lives.
I am CPR and First Aid certified. I can also provide you with a police record check.
Chez-Vous strives to provide a loving, warm and welcoming environment for your children. I want them to feel like they are at home. We have a large and safe play area downstairs with many age-appropriate toys for kids of all ages.
We have a fully fenced backyard complete with a sun tent, a garden, a sandbox and other fun outdoor toys. We are a 15 minute walk to Major Oaks Park and just a stones-throw away from great nature trails. We are also very close to Ecole Ronald Marion.
There will be lots of crafts, baking, dancing, signing, stories and much more – all in French and English. This is how children learn the best; through play.
