I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"As soon as I came across Sylvie’s “Chez-Vous Home Daycare” ad and website, I had a good feeling about it. This feeling was further affirmed during the in-person interview and daycare tour a couple of weeks later. Sylvie is just one of those kind and genuine people that you instantly like and feel comfortable with. These are also the characteristics that make her such a wonderful daycare provider. Looking after little ones comes so naturally to Sylvie. My son was quite timid and often afraid of strangers, but he was comfortable with Sylvie and her two sons from the very first day. I was so nervous about how my son would do in daycare and Sylvie made the transition so smooth for us. By the second day, my son was napping at her house, playing happily with the other kids, eating his snacks and lunch and he would be smiling from ear-to-ear when I picked him up. In addition to the quality care, the things I really like about this daycare are: excellent communication and verbal activity reports at the end of the day, a variety of healthy hot lunches, lots of outdoor and park time, my son naps in a bedroom, and gets to partake in lots of fun activities and crafts – all while learning to speak in French! In addition, Sylvie’s home is clean, safe, welcoming and very well-suited to a home daycare as it is close to many parks and schools, has a spacious fenced backyard with lots for the kids to do, and has a large finished basement with play area and washroom. I’m very happy with the care my son receives here and I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for quality childcare in Pickering."
