Hello
My name is Ruth Cooke and I have run a home daycare for 16 years in Stittsville. I have a opening at present for 1- 3 year old boy or girl to join my already children aged 31/2 boy and 18 month old boy/ girl twins. You must be a TEACHER as I only contract TEACHERS at this time. I am open 8 am till 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. All contracts will run till end of June 2018 and March break is closed with pay in the contract.
I enjoy preparing the little ones for school entry with a little learning program.
For those already attending school I feel that
just as you do not like spending 16 hour days at work, the children also need a break from the school building they attend.
I believe children need time to play and make messes, do crafts and sing!!!
I enjoy cooking and baking lots of good eats for everyone.
I have raised two beautiful young adult women and I am raising my third (13 years old) young lady now!
I have many years of CPR,First Aid and Defibrillator training, children with many challenges and medical issues.
My husband and I have our police checks.
I have 10 wonderful reviews from the many great families I was blessed to have in my daycare over the years.
I love children and they love me in return, so my job is very enjoyable.

Admission conditions
Our family owns three Registered with the City of Ottawa Service Dogs. They are pure breed Maltese and therapy for anxiety and ADHD . They are small and only bark on first greeting then settle in nicely. They have their own space when needed.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
