Over The Rainbow Dayhome in Coventry Hills has one rare full-time opening for the fall! If you are in need of childcare, we would love for you to join our wonderful dayhome family!
We believe strongly in a play to learn approach in early childhood education, and every child's interests and learning style are taken in to account in lesson planning. Over The Rainbow Dayhome is a home-based educational facility that allows children to gently ease in to the pre-school environment and prepare for kindergarten. We have a consistent daily schedule that provides a mix of free play and structured learning with a heavy focus on creative arts, sensory play, as well as physical activity and outdoor time. Every child becomes a part of our family, and is loved as if they were my own. I take my job as an early childhood educator seriously ad nurture social, mental, and physical development in everything I do. Over The Rainbow Dayhome truly is a home away from home for your little one, and you can go to work at ease, knowing your child is safe, ad cared for.
I believe in wholesome nutrition for little ones to develop and grow. In order to foster healthy eating habits from a young age, we provide nothing but fresh, home-made, wholesome foods and nutrition. Children are encouraged to participate in meal planning and preparation and are taught about how food is grown and created, and the nutrition associated with eating fresh foods that are good for us. We promote excitement about healthy lifestyles in children.
My qualifications are:
-Level 1 Childcare certificate
-Police background check
-Infant/child CPR
-First aid
-AHS Food handling certificate
-SIDS prevention certification
-Car restraint system training
-Autism, special needs training
-Emergency Preparedness certification
-Child nutrition and cooking certification

Tax receipts provided, daily reports sent home, no screen time, smoke-free, pet-free
Hours/Rates:
Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Full-time: $850/month
Part-time: $600/month
Drop-In: $60/day
