We are currently looking for one full or part time child aged 10 months- 10 years to join our group. We provide a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where the children can grow and interact with others.
I am a fun and active mother of 3 children. We can't wait for spring to arrive so we can play at the park and ride bikes. We are very active and love spending time outside. We walk to Allandale Heights everyday to drop off and pick up the school aged children. We participate at the preschool drop in on Tuesdays at Allandale Rec Center. There is always something fun to do at Shining Stars, whether it is playing with the trains or playing house; we are always smiling. Shining Stars Day care is two levels of a four level side split completely dedicated to kids. We have lots of toys and games. The day is semi-structured and includes free play, play-dough, painting and colouring. The children learn the importance of sharing and co-operation and partake in many group activities where we put emphasis on team work.
I am certified in CPR and first aid and have a complete first aid kit as well as a fire extinguisher and am confident that any emergency would be handled effectively and efficiently.
