I have always enjoyed looking after children, and have done so for more than 10 years. I have operated a home daycare in my newly renovated home for approx. 3 years. After having my son Zachary in April 2009, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to expand my daycare and take on a few additional children.
I developed a daycare program that provides and encourages learning, play, and friendship experiences for children ages ten months to four years. I also provide a before and after-school program for school aged children. I plan weekly "themes" which incorporate into our scheduled activities and menus and I also provide a daily record for you to see exactly how your child spends each day and to see how your child is advancing. Each child also has their own learning chart to track their learning progress.
I provide two healthy snacks, and a nutritious lunch. For kids who come before and/or after school, a healthy breakfast (if needed) and after school snack are provided.
I have up-to-date First Aid/CPR, a valid Police Record Check, references, and experience working for the region providing child care.
I provide a safe and loving atmosphere for the children, where they are given plenty of opportunities to learn, play and express themselves creatively.
For those who require bus transportation, the daycare is on route 52.
I have a fully fenced yard, large yard and deck for outdoor play, and lots of room inside. |
