I have always loved working with children. My two previous positions were working as a nanny for a family in Barrie, Ontario, and then going on to be a supervisor at a daycare centre. When my husband and I moved to Petawawa, I realized that the high demand of childcare needed in the area could give myself the opportunity to open up my own business and put my knowledge and experience in the childcare field to work.
I offer a fully equipped daycare with nutritious breakfasts, lunches and snacks. I focus on pre-school readiness and learning through play. Circle time, show and tell, free play, outside play, and fun trips are all a part of my program.
I have a safe and secure home equipped with baby monitors in the nap/quiet room, smoke detectors on both floors, and child-proof locks on both the front and back door. I have a big backyard with lots of room for fun and exercise.
I accept children of all ages, from infant to school-age and offer full-time, part-time, before & after school or occasional spots.
