I have over 10 years experience working with children ranging in ages from newborn - 10 years old. I have worked in daycares, as well as in the homes of various families. I was a Supervisor of the School Age Childcare Program at the YMCA in Burlington.
I have my first aid & CPR, as well as a police record check. I completed Level 1 & 2 of the Halton Home Childcare Provider Training Course. I also attended college for an E.C.A. program.
I have two children of my own, my oldest is almost 7 years old and my youngest is 18 months.
With all my experience and training, as well as being a mother myself, I know how important of a decision it is to chose a daycare provider. Parents can rest assure that any child in my care will be safe, happy, and cared for as if they were my own.
I am currently starting a home daycare in my smoke free home, located within walking distance to parks & W.C Little Public School.
We have a playground in our fenced in backyard and many toys for children of all ages.
My daycare hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 6:30pm, but I do offer occasional evening and weekend care as well.
An example of our daily routine would consist of snacks/meals, outdoor activities, arts & crafts, reading/quiet time, cognitive development, plus much more!
