A home away from home with lots of toys, a large backyard and healthy homemade meals.
I am a licensed in-home daycare, registered with Metcalfe Family Home Daycare, a member of Child Care Providers Network. I am CPR/First Aid and AED Certified and have an up to date police check. I am also a Brownie Leader with the Girl Guides of Canada and have my level 1 Coaching Certificate.
I am a mother to a 4 year old girl and to a 4 month baby boy. I provide care for children from the ages of 0-12 years old, in a safe comfortable and stimulating environment. I am caring, and energetic, enjoy doing crafts, teaching new songs and story time. I believe that each child has there own likes, needs and skills. At my daycare I want the child to feel comfortable, at home away from home.
I offer am/pm snack, lunch, daily circle time, exercise, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, numbers and letters, play dough, free play indoors and outdoors weather permitting and show and tell. Before and after school children I provide pm snack and assist with their homework.
My daily routine and what your child will receive are:
Out side play, nature walks, swing set, bubbles, houses, ride on toys, water activities (in the summer)
Library trips, craft time, songs, story and circle time
Play groups with other day cares in the area
Homemade lunches, healthy snacks
Structured educational activities, creative play
Daily communication note for parents regarding the days activities, naps etc?
Monthly calendars will be sent out
A menu for the following week will be sent out as well
A clean smoke free environment
Gardening in spring/summer
Before and After School:
