My name is Nicole Platt. I have enjoyed a successful career in retail for almost 15 years and have decided to take time off to raise my two boys. In doing so, I thought " why not help other career moms by offering my home as a small, intimate daycare for their children." I provide a gentle, loving, affordable daycare where children are free to learn, play and grow. I offer a colourful play area, large backyard with swing set/play house, and walking distance to the park for daily walks. I will also be offering before and after school care for St. Vincent De Paul and Stewart Ave public school. My children enjoy a loving, safe, educational environment, where they are free to learn, explore, play and just have fun! I offer this approach and enthusiasm in my home daycare and to your family. My home is smoke/pet/nut free- my oldest son has nut allergies and I am trained to use an epi-pen. Each child will be provided with breakfast in the morning, lunch for full day children and a snack after school. Before school is $12/child per day, after school is $8 per child/day. Hours are flexible and can be negotiated. I strive to create a nurturing, loving environment where a child can learn through playing, going out for daily walks, trips to the early years centre, circle/story time, lots of hands on activities. I am first aid certified and both my husband and I have clear criminal background checks. |
