DayCare Philosophy
I truly enjoy children and get much fulfillment from providing a valuable experience that fosters positive development.
Through a value driven focus children experience respectful, accepting, encouraging, caring, safe, playful and imaginative interaction.
We get involved in activities like community service (collecting food for food drive, neighbourhood clean up, and visiting Seniors facilities), dress up tea parties, storekeeper, sports fun, games (charades, dancing), trips, to the fire station, library programs, baking, songs and crafts.
A safe, healthy, caring, nurturing, fun and silly day can be expected. Children learn through play and exploration.
My Qualifications
I am a mother of a thirteen-year-old girl and an eleven-year-old boy. I have nine years of daycare experience.
I have a college diploma in Social Services with work experience as a Child/Youth Worker
coupled with a magnitude of Child Development, ECE, Recreation and Leadership courses. I have taken the CPR course; I can provide a police check and references from happy customers that spent many years in my care.
I am on the Stewart Ave and St Francis bus line.
I have a reliable vehicle.
