Hi Parents,
I offer a loving family oriented home daycare. I am a parent of two grown children ages 18 and 19 years of age and have been doing home daycare for 17 years.
I believe children should be encouraged to use their creativity, to be able to explore and learn in a safe and comfortable environment. I want the children to know they are loved and cared for and I teach them to be kind and respectful to all.
We do two to three outings per week. Some of the fun activities we do through CCPRN Special Events are:
Starr Gymnastics, Bubbling Books, Learn Along, Brad Woods, Russell Levia, Shenkman Centre, Dance, Zumba , Dr. D. and many more.
We attend St. Peter's Playgroup. Divine Infant Preschool Program
and outings to museums monthly.
Home activities include: Sing Along, Story time, Daily Circle time,
Crafts, Games, Puzzles, Playdoh and Free Play.
Outdoor play in my backyard and surrounding parks.
We have special days for each child's birthday, PJ Days, Teddy Bear Picnic. Beach Party, Dr. Suess Day, Easter Party, Christmas Party, Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Canada Day Parade and annual Fire Hall Tour.
I provide keepsake year end photo CDs capturing some of their daycare highlights.
I give a monthly calendar each month with all our outings and activities.
I offer nutritious snacks and meals in a smoke free home.
CPR certified, police checked many times for volunteering in my children's sports. Volunteered in schools, Brownie Leader, trainer for hockey , coach, convener and director for soccer and all positions on school councils. Located in the Avalon.
