Daycare Closure tips

I am seriously thinking of closing my daycare. I was wondering of the best format. I truly want to send them an email now, and then discuss any questions they may have at the door. My parents can be rather chatty, and I know it will make for a long drop off. Another problem I have is there are two new children staring tomorrow. I feel like a total heal having to close, but this is a personal reason as there is an illness in my family. I'm completely stressing over this. I am a people pleaser and hate confrontation. Any thoughts,/guidance?
