Hello Incredible Daycare Providers!

My name is Cookie and I am so excited to join your group:) It's been a long time coming and over the past 10 months I've been reading the threads to get a glimpse of "The Real Lives of HDP" to help determine if this was the right career change... and it is! Next week I'm officially starting the journey and have 2 more clients to follow shortly.

It's just so exciting, and as time goes on I hope to be as supportive to all of you as you've been to one another.

Congrats, and welcome to our awesome profession! My children are all school aged, so I don't really need to be at home, but it's definitely nice not to have to worry about before/after school care, etc. I wish I had done this forever ago.

Thank you everyone! First day was great. The babe went down for a nap and didn't cry all day. Not getting too excited because it could have been first day luck; but celebrating for the meantime :)
